On February 2, 2022, 22-year-old Elijah Oliver of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was found deceased from gunshot wounds inside a residence at 45 First Street in Swanton, Vermont. The Vermont State Police initiated a homicide investigation, identifying Oliver as a member of the Gangsta Disciples gang.
