On November 9, 2021, in Scotland, South Dakota, 40-year-old Angela Michelle Monclova was tragically killed in a shooting incident that claimed three lives and injured two others. The assailant, 43-year-old Francis Lange, entered a residence and opened fire, resulting in the deaths of Angela, her father Librado Monclova, and Diane Akins.
