Billy Wayne Stinson, aged 61, passed away on February 13, 2014. He was survived by his wife, Karen; son, Alan, along with daughter-in-law Catherine and granddaughter Sarah Kat; daughter, Ashley; step-son, Daniel; mother, Barbara; and siblings Judy, Becky, Wendy, and Terry.
