Agila Lee Flennory, a 40-year-old Black man, was killed by gunfire on July 7, 2014, at his home in Center Point, Alabama, in the 900 block of 21st Avenue Northwest. The shooting unfolded just after daybreak, around 6:30 that morning, when deputies were called to the house on a report that someone had been shot.
