Murdered

On February 28, 2008, Charles Turner, aged 37, was found fatally shot in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred at approximately 8:45 p.m. on the 1400 block of 1st Street, NW. Responding officers from the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) found Turner suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, and despite efforts to provide medical assistance, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The motive for the crime remains unclear, and no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting.
