In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Washington, D.C., a young man's life was cut short, leaving behind a family to grieve and a community searching for answers. Jermaine Lamont Tinch, a 23-year-old male, was discovered slumped over the steering wheel of his car in the 3600 block of New York Avenue NE on March 2, 2008. The initial discovery was made by police and emergency responders shortly after 3:30 a.m.
