In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Washington, D.C., a young man's life was cut short, leaving behind a family to grieve and a community searching for answers. Jermaine Lamont Tinch, a 23-year-old male, was discovered slumped over the steering wheel of his car in the 3600 block of New York Avenue NE on March 2, 2008.
