On December 26, 2019, Andre Carroll was fatally shot at approximately 9:37 p.m. in the 1800 block of Corcoran Street, NE, Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to reports of gunshots and found Carroll suffering from gunshot wounds at the scene. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries. The case was immediately taken up by the Homicide Branch of the MPD, and they began an investigation to identify the person or persons responsible for this crime.
