Rodney Allen Canterberry, a 42-year-old male, passed away on June 8, 2015. A graduate of Minor High School, he was a resident of Dora, Alabama. His life was one surrounded by a large and loving family, though he was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Leonard.
He is survived by his wife, Bridgette Canterberry, and his son, Ethan Canterberry. His family also included a step-daughter, Tiffany Borders, and two step-sons, Jacob Glover and Tristan Smith. His father, WL Canterberry, and his wife Kathy, as well as his brothers, Rusty and Ron Canterberry, also survived him. The bonds of family extended to his in-laws, Larry and Sue Vines, and Deborah Earley, along with numerous brothers and sisters-in-law.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 13, at Crestview Memorial Funeral Home, with visitation preceding the service. He was laid to rest in the Garden of Prayer at Crestview Memorial Gardens.
