In the spring of 2008, a grim discovery was made inside an abandoned building in the 5900 block of East Capitol Street, SE, in Washington, D.C. On the afternoon of Tuesday, May 13th, the body of a man, identified as Bobby Lewis Moore, was found. It was apparent to authorities that his body had been there for some time before he was located around 3:15 p.m.
