On a warm Tuesday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of Charles Tyrone Locke was tragically cut short. On June 24, 2008, at approximately 10:00 PM, Mr. Locke was shot and killed in the 3300 block of 10th Place, Southeast. The male victim, known to friends and family as 'Ty,' was a devoted son and brother.

The Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide Branch is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding Mr. Locke's death. Authorities have reached out to the public for assistan ...
