In the early morning hours of Tuesday, July 29, 2008, the life of Reginald Warren Lockard, known to his loved ones as Reggie, was tragically cut short. At approximately 2:16 a.m., in the 1900 block of Southern Avenue, SE in Washington, D.C., Mr. Lockard was killed. The case, which is being handled by the Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide and Sexual Offenses Branch, remains an open investigation.
