On May 27, 2016, in Huntsville, Alabama, 20-month-old Alexandria Francis was fatally shot in the forehead by her father, 34-year-old Lionel Rory Francis. The incident occurred at their home on Lockwood Court following a minor argument between Lionel and Alexandria's mother, Ashley Ross, about financial matters.
