In the pre-dawn hours of a Friday in Wilmer, Alabama, a mobile home became the scene of a fatal shooting that would tear a family apart. Inside, 63-year-old Lyn Marvin Howard was shot multiple times with a. 40-caliber weapon, ending his life on September 2, 2016. The person charged with his murder was his own daughter, 38-year-old Christy Howell Crosby.
