In the early morning hours of a cold January day in Washington, D.C., a life was tragically cut short. Ricardo Hill, a male, became the victim of fatal violence on Sunday, January 4, 2009. The incident occurred at approximately 2:57 a.m. in front of a residence at 1638 Independence Ave., SE. In a sudden act of aggression, Hill was shot, his life ending on the city street.
