Karen R. Willmon, a 68-year-old woman from Centre, Alabama, was tragically found dead on February 19, 2017, in what authorities later determined to be a homicide. Willmon's body was discovered in her home after a concerned relative contacted law enforcement, unable to reach her. Upon arrival, investigators noted signs of foul play, and it was soon confirmed that Willmon had died from blunt force trauma.
