On January 26, 2018, in Gadsden, Alabama, 33-year-old Christopher Underwood was fatally shot in a domestic incident. Police responded to a 911 call around 12:56 p.m. reporting a shooting at a residence on the 1100 block of Scenic Drive. Upon arrival, officers found Underwood suffering from a gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
