Tony Carr, a 55-year-old man from Holtville, Alabama, was tragically killed on April 16, 2018, in what was later determined to be a homicide. The incident occurred at a residence in Holtville, where local authorities responded to reports of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found Carr with multiple gunshot wounds.
