On May 4, 2018, 32-year-old Demarcus Jones was fatally shot in Montgomery, Alabama. The incident occurred around 6:32 p.m. in the 900 block of Goodwyn Drive, where police and fire medics responded to reports of a possible shooting. Upon arrival, they found Jones with a fatal gunshot wound.
