On a summer day in Adger, Alabama, a dispute between two men riding on dirt roads turned deadly, leaving a 29-year-old man, Andrew Jonathan Carroll, shot to death. The incident, which occurred on July 22, 2018, concluded with the arrest of Scott Allen Pennington, a 36-year-old from the same area.
