In the late hours of a September evening in Montgomery, Alabama, the life of 19-year-old Alexis Moss, a student at Alabama State University, was tragically cut short. On September 7, 2019, Moss was at a large off-campus gathering when an altercation broke out, leading to gunfire. Moss was struck by a bullet and was rushed to a local hospital for treatment.
