On April 28, 2021, at approximately 3:54 a.m., Irondale police responded to a shooting at an apartment complex located at 4400 Hunter Ridge Way. Upon arrival, officers discovered 21-year-old Dewarren Lovell Gibson in the breezeway, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest area.
