In the early morning hours of January 4, 2023, a sense of profound loss unexpectedly descended upon a quiet Huntsville, Alabama, apartment complex. Andrew Gilliam, a 27-year-old male, was asleep in his bed when a stray bullet pierced through his bedroom window, striking and fatally wounding him. He was transported to Huntsville Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. At the time of the incident, his wife was by his side.
