In the midnight hour of September 7, 2014, the life of 22-year-old Anthony Miller Jr. was tragically cut short on a street in Northeast Washington, D.C. The young man, whose race is not publicly known, was found by police in the 3100 block of Newton Street, Northeast, near the Maryland border, suffering from the devastating effects of a shooting.
