In the winter of 2016, a violent weekend in Washington, D.C. turned tragic for a young man from Fort Washington, Maryland. Roger Lewis Haggins, a 30-year-old male, was discovered in his car late on the night of Friday, January 8th, suffering from a critical gunshot wound to the head.
