On May 3, 1982, in Anchorage, Alaska, 16-year-old Rebecca Dawn "Becca" Phillips was tragically murdered alongside three friends in Russian Jack Springs Park. The group, which included Sabrina Imlach, 16, and two 19-year-old males, Vern Sylvester and Joseph Kimler, had been enjoying a walk through the park when they encountered Charles L. Meach III.
