On the night of March 28, 2016, thirty-year-old male Aaron Syvinski was inside an apartment on Charter Circle in east Anchorage when an argument turned into a shooting. The call reached police at about 11:40 p.m.; officers and medics found the thirty-year-old male wounded and rushed him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after 12:20 a.m. on March 29.
