Brandon Christopher Irlmeier, a 20-year-old Alaska Native male, was killed on December 2, 2017 in Anchorage, Alaska. On the evening of that day police responded to a call about an altercation on the 7000 block of Howard Avenue around 10:41 p.m., and found Irlmeier deceased from a gunshot wound.

According to accounts from his family and from Victims for Justice, prior to being shot Brandon had also been beaten and strangled; he was left to die in freezing rain at the bottom of a staircase ...
