On July 20, 2018, 15-year-old Raynaldo Khotesouvan was fatally shot in the Mountain View neighborhood of Anchorage, Alaska. The incident began as a verbal altercation between two groups of young men, which escalated into a physical fight and culminated in gunfire. During the confrontation, 16-year-old Luimariamofoa Polu shot Khotesouvan, resulting in his death at the scene.
