On January 20, 2023, in Delta Junction, Alaska, 35-year-old male Dmitriy Sergiyenko was found dead alongside 45-year-old Andrey Dorozhin inside a sober-living/drug-rehab residence on the Tanana Loop Extension. Alaska State Troopers arrived to find both men shot multiple times and a dog also killed at the scene. Investigators later documented that the 35-year-old male victim, Dmitriy Sergiyenko, had been struck by four gunshots, while Dorozhin suffered ten; neither man had a weapon.
