On June 15, 2023, at approximately 5:01 AM, Anchorage Police responded to reports of gunfire in the 100-block of West Dimond Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers discovered 51-year-old John Martin III deceased in a parking lot, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. Initial investigations indicated that Martin and the suspect, 32-year-old Ryan Dummler, had engaged in a verbal altercation during which Dummler produced a firearm and shot Martin multiple times before fleeing the s ...Read More
