A 29-year-old male named Toetasi Fosi died in Utqiaġvik, formerly Barrow, Alaska on November 26, 2023, after being shot. The incident occurred on Sakeagak Street, where Fosi was found with gunshot wounds. He was transported by ambulance to the Samuel Simmonds Memorial Hospital, where medical personnel attempted life-saving measures; those efforts ultimately failed.
