On an autumn afternoon in Washington, D.C., a violent encounter left two men dead from stab wounds. The incident occurred on October 28, 2019, in a small park in the 300 block of Eastern Avenue NE, near the Maryland border. The deceased were identified as Shevon Ronford Turner, a 31-year-old male from Northeast Washington, and 70-year-old Arthur Randolph, also from Northeast Washington.
