On the night of April 15, 2023, the life of 19-year-old Troy Hall of Anniston, Alabama, was tragically cut short. The male teenager was a passenger in a vehicle traveling northbound on McClellan Boulevard when the car was targeted in a shooting. The incident occurred at approximately 11:30 p.m. in the 4500 block of the busy thoroughfare.
