On August 28, 2022, at approximately 8:45 p.m., Birmingham Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 200 block of 3rd Avenue Southwest. Upon arrival, they discovered two adult males lying unresponsive in an apartment complex parking lot, both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
