On a tragic evening over the Memorial Day weekend of 2021, Lorenzo Deairos Graham, a 21-year-old male, was fatally shot at Snow Hinton Park in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The incident, which took place in a public space with numerous people nearby, was made all the more harrowing by the presence of Graham's one-year-old infant son, who was with him at the time of the shooting.

Authorities with the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit quickly launched an investigation into the brazen daylight killing.
