On February 22, 2019, 19-year-old Wanya’ Letrec Conner was fatally shot during a house party in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred around 10:49 p.m. at a residence on the 1100 block of Carnation Drive in the Huffman area. Birmingham Police officers responded to reports of multiple gunshot victims and found Conner unresponsive inside the home; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
