Woman found murdered along I-76
On October 25, 1979, the body of 19-year-old Sheila Birl, also known as Cricket, was discovered along Interstate 76, near Weld County Road 51 in the vicinity of Hudson, Colorado. The discovery marked the beginning of a homicide investigation into her untimely death.
