On March 29, 2019, 16-year-old White female Evie Aleese Campbell of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, tragically lost her life in a single-vehicle accident near Vance, Alabama. Evie was a passenger in a car driven by another teenager when the vehicle veered off Bama Rock Garden Road and collided with a tree. The driver sustained critical injuries and was hospitalized. According to Evie's father, state troopers believed that excessive speed was a contributing factor in the crash.
