On a warm summer evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 19-year-old Rahkei R. Washington, an African-American male, was tragically cut short. On June 13, 2015, at approximately 10 p.m., Washington was a passenger in a vehicle in the 6200 block of W. Villard Ave. when he was struck by gunfire. He was rushed to Froedtert Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
