In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Milwaukee, the life of 28-year-old Kashin Strickland, an African-American male, was tragically cut short. On December 22, 2015, just after 2:30 a.m., violence erupted near the intersection of 95th and Sheridan. Strickland was shot under circumstances that remained shrouded in mystery to investigators in the immediate aftermath.
