In the crisp air of a November evening in 2016, the life of 18-year-old Jahlin Rashaad Lopez-Jefferson was tragically cut short. An African-American male, Jahlin was fatally shot on November 16th at the intersection of 68th and Congress in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
