On March 17, 1989, Ann Marie Rice, aged 19, was one of three young victims found dead on Bainbridge Island, Washington. She, along with Ty McCollough and JayDee Phillips, was shot while sitting inside a pickup truck in a remote area often frequented by four-wheel-drive enthusiasts.
