Two young men are found dead inside of their home
In a quiet cul-de-sac in Vancouver, Washington, the afternoon of February 1, 2011, was shattered by a grim discovery. Inside a home at 12007 N.E. 40th Circle, the bodies of two men were found, marking the beginning of a double homicide investigation that would leave a community in shock and a case lingering for years without resolution. One of the victims was Kenneth W. Koltz, a 32-year-old male resident of the home.
