A man is found deceased in his home
On an autumn morning in 2014, the quiet of a small community in Rockingham, Virginia, was broken by a grim discovery. Richard Wayne 'Ricky' Charlton, a 50-year-old Caucasian male, was found murdered in his residence at the Ferguson Mobile Home Park in Keezletown on October 20, 2014. His death was determined to be a homicide, with authorities believing the fatal events transpired sometime between the late hours of Sunday, October 19, and the early morning of the following day.
