On November 2, 1986, Bandar Alfisal, a young male, was found dead in a hotel room in Arlington, Virginia. He was discovered lying unconscious on the floor, and subsequent investigations revealed that he had been strangled to death. The autopsy confirmed that the cause of death was asphyxiation by strangulation, and witnesses reported hearing a struggle from the neighboring room at approximately 5 a.m. that morning.
