A man is killed by an explosive device in his home
On May 19, 1990, 63-year-old Charlie Matney, a resident of Jolo, West Virginia, was killed in an explosion in Wythe County, Virginia. The blast occurred in Matney’s single-wide trailer, located near a campground in northern Wythe County, where he maintained a hunting lodge.
