On a quiet Friday morning in Richmond, Virginia, the lives of two men were tragically cut short. Rodney D. Smith, a 40-year-old Black male from Henrico County, was found deceased on September 2, 2016. He was discovered alongside another man, 36-year-old Travis L. Carrington of Richmond.
