On March 27, 2007, 19-year-old Jose Garcia was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. in the 7000 block of Bissonnet Street. Houston Police Department officers responded to reports of gunfire and found Garcia with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
