On October 19, 2015, 30-year-old Daniel Torres was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident took place as part of a violent encounter during what appeared to be an attempted robbery. Jesse Richards, another victim in the incident, was also shot while waiting at a bus stop on the East Side of Houston.
