On May 21, 2007, at approximately 7:45 a.m., Houston police responded to a shooting at 9803 West Sam Houston Parkway #2144. Upon arrival, officers discovered 33-year-old Quincey Thomas, a resident of New Orleans, Louisiana, deceased at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds. The circumstances leading to the shooting were not immediately clear, and investigators sought information from the public to aid in identifying potential suspects or motives.
